Dr. Nancy A. Barnett, DDS, MS
Gail Hoffman, Dental Hygienist
Dr. Nancy A. Barnett is a 1982 graduate of the Marquette University School of Dentistry. In 1984 she graduated with a certificate in Periodontics and a Masters Degree of Science from the University of Iowa. Since then she returned to her hometown of Milwaukee and has been in private practice specializing in periodontics and implantology. In addition to her progressive private practice, Dr. Barnett teaches part time at Marquette University School of Dentistry in the Department of Surgical Services.

Gail has been a practicing Dental Hygienist for 49 years. Twenty-eight of those years, she has worked alongside Dr. Barnett, helping patients achieve and maintain periodontal health. She received her Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from MATC and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Marquette University. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family in Northern Wisconsin.

Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (MC, Visa, and Discover). We also provide a discount for cash or check payment in full at the time of any therapy provided.
Insurance Questions
Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits. Unfortunately, some of the services that you may need or want will not be covered by your dental insurance. Our goal is to help you achieve and maintain the best dental care possible.
Financial Policies
As a courtesy to you we will file your insurance claim. You are responsible for providing us with the insurance policy information which will enable us to submit your claim. However, we cannot guarantee your insurance will pay as estimated. The final balance will remain your responsibility. Payment must be made within 60 days whether or not the insurance covers the therapy.

Office business hours :
Monday: 8:00 AM to noon
Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Wednesday: By appointment
Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
One of our main goals is to stay on time for all appointments. Your time is valuable so please help us respect appointment times. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please give us as much notice as possible.
Cancellations: Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you are unable to keep an appointment please notify the office as soon as possible. We appreciate at least 48 hour notice so that we may offer the time slot for another patient.
